Affiliate Program Terms

These BankTrack Affiliate Program Terms (hereinafter, "the Program Terms") govern the participation of users in the Banktrack Affiliate Program (hereinafter, "the Affiliate Program"). Participation in the Affiliate Program grants the participant the status of affiliate (hereinafter, "the Affiliate") and constitutes full acceptance of these Program Terms.

By accepting these Program Terms the Affiliate declares:

1. That they have read, understand, and accept the terms stated herein.
2. That they are sufficiently capable of adhering to the Affiliate Program.
3. That they are of legal age.

Procedure to join the Affiliate Program

Participation in the Affiliate Program is only available to Users of the website accessible through the domain name banktrack.com (hereinafter, "the Website"), in the specific section available therein and by clicking on the “I want to be an affiliate” button.

At that moment, an exclusive discount code for the Affiliate will be automatically generated, which must be copied and/or saved by the Affiliate for later use.

Use of the discount code

The Affiliate may share their discount code with anyone they believe may be interested in subscribing to one of the plans offered by Banktrack.

Each time one of these individuals completes a subscription to any of the plans offered by Banktrack and enters the Affiliate's discount code at that time, the Affiliate will be entitled to receive a €50 discount on their next Banktrack invoice.

No reward will be granted to the Affiliate if their discount code is not entered by the person at the time of completing their subscription to the corresponding Banktrack plan.

Likewise, no rewards or discounts will be granted when a user uses their own affiliate code.

The Affiliate will be able to view, in their section of the Website, a list of all the individuals who entered their discount code when subscribing to a Banktrack plan, including the type of plan, the amount of the reward, and its payment status.

Payment of the reward

The Affiliate will receive their reward in the form of a discount on their next Banktrack invoice automatically once the referred user completes their subscription to the platform.

If the referred user requests a cancellation and refund of their plan, Banktrack reserves the right to revoke the previously applied discount.

Modification of the Affiliate Program

BankTrack reserves the right to modify these Program Terms at any time, although such modifications will not affect rewards earned by the Affiliate before the modifications come into effect. Changes to the Program Terms will be notified to the Affiliate via email.

Similarly, Banktrack reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, although such termination will not affect the rewards earned by the Affiliate before the effective termination date. The termination of the Affiliate Program will be previously notified to the Affiliate by email.

Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses

If any clause included in these Program Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, the rest of these Program Conditions remaining in effect and such provision being considered totally or partially as not included.

Applicable legislation

These Program Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation.
