1. Data Controller

2. Purpose

The personal data of the User of this Website may be processed for the following purposes, as appropriate:

  • To enable the maintenance, development and management of the business relationship formalized by the contracting of the service offered through this Website, which includes registration on the Website. The data processed for this purpose will be retained for as long as the business relationship is maintained and, once it is terminated, for the legally stipulated periods of conservation and prescription of responsibilities. The legal basis for the processing is:

a) the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, in the case of an individual or a professional acting as a self-employed / freelancer and b) the legitimate interest of BANKTRACK in maintaining the contractual relationship with the legal entity client through the contact persons.

Unless expressly requested by the client, BANKTRACK will never access account information. In case of access, upon request of the client, the purpose of such access will be to provide support.

  • To respond to requests for information and/or queries made by the User. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the request for information and/or consultation has been answered and, after that, for the legally stipulated periods of conservation and prescription of responsibilities. The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the User.
  • To keep BANKTRACK's clients informed about BANKTRACK's products and services as well as about products that, based on financial information, may be of interest to the client. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until he/she expresses his/her opposition to the receipt of such communications and, after that, during the legally established periods of conservation and prescription of responsibilities. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest in keeping Banktrack's customers informed.
  • Schedule a demo to discuss the operation of BANKTRACK and assess its usefulness (for freelancers and companies). The user knows and accepts that the calls made to carry out the demos may be recorded for quality reasons for internal use of BANKTRACK. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the demo has been carried out and, once the demo has been completed, for the legally stipulated periods of conservation and prescription of responsibilities. The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the data subject expressed during the demo request.

3. Recipients

The data may be communicated to the following third party recipients: Public Administrations for the fulfillment of legal obligations and banks for the management of collections and payments.

The data may also be communicated to the following categories of data processors: Providers of electronic communications, office automation, hosting, housing, computer maintenance, management, accounting, auditing, consulting and legal representation.

For the specific service of BANKTRACK and with the objective of not having the data corresponding to the banking credentials of the clients, use is made of the APIs Arcopay (MORPHEUS AIOLOS S.L), GoCardless (GoCardless Ltd.) and Wealth Reader S.L. In addition, the personal data is hosted in Europe on Amazon Web Services servers.

The processors may be located outside the European Economic Area with whom we will take appropriate measures for the security of international data transfer.

4. Rights

The User may exercise before BANKTRACK his rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and object.

Similarly, in the processing of User data whose legitimacy is based on the consent given by the User, the User has the right to withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

In order to exercise such rights, the user may send his/her request to Barcelona (C.P. 08021), Travessera de Gràcia, núm. 15, SA 2, or to the e-mail address lopd@banktrack.com.

In any case, the User has the right to file a complaint before the corresponding supervisory authority if he/she deems it appropriate.
